Parcom owns and pays for the domain on your behalf, and if the client wishes to move the domain to another registrar, they must pay for a small transfer ownership fee of $30 to cover up to 3 years of our standard rate. The free domain must be the primary domain, and is not negotiable or is transferrable. You cannot add a free domain if your first domain is registered elsewhere on the same package. If you wish to transfer a primary domain of a package to Parcom to make it free, it must be done within 30 days of purchase. Expired domains will not be transferred.
