Internet Explorer 6.0x Passive Mode Screen Shot:

Customers must have the option called "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)  turned off in order to use IE’s built in FTP feature.  
Using IE for ftp is as simple as typing ftp://customerdomain.com

 

 


WS_FTP PASV Mode:

Parcom customers must uncheck the "Passive Transfers" check box for IPSWITCH WS_FTP to transfer files properly.


 


Cute FTP Pro 3.3:

With this product, Parcom customers must go to their global options menu and under connection there  will be 3 options to choose from.   Selecting PORT should force it to work the Parcom network, however the default of AUTO may be sufficient.
