Parcom can provide you an affordable way to reach out to other Parcom community members who are both loyal to Parcom but also to other businesses and services who use Parcom too.   We believe in maintaining a strong community by building strong relationships with every single customer.  

We provide a very simple, straight forward, no strings type advertising system at this time.  We have a limited number of areas and spots we can present your ad on and it is done by a first come, first serve basis.

These special rates are based on a simple rotation or specific placement at Parcom's discretion.  (see current special below)

Locations with pricing per month (Special limited pricing!):

1) Under Construction Pages ($50)- this is the first page customers are given when they sign up with Parcom.   Some keep this page for a very long time and your ad will be presented there along with other major sponsors near the top!  Sample:  http://underconstruction.parcom.net

2) Billing Notices ($10)- Your ad will be presented to thousands of Parcom customers per day.  Anyone that is due will see your ad at the bottom of their notices.  (These will be a simple text URL as the notices are text e-mails)   Frequency: 30, 15, and 5 day notices.

3) Billing Invoices ($20)-  These are in html format.   Your ad will show up at the bottom of invoices under a sponsor section.

4) Parcom Web Site ($50) - At our discretion your ad will be strategically placed and rotated throughout the very busy Parcom web site.   Home page and our main sections only.

5) Parcom Community Portal ($30) - This is very busy and is mostly used by fans of the company.

6) Error 999 Page ($40)- This page is presented when a customer does not pay for service on time.  This page can be VERY busy since you will be presented on countless number of customer sites that for one reason or another are late on paying their bills.  This is a very powerful area because even some of the busiest customers forget to pay too!  Sample: http://anakin.parcom.net

8) Home Page Spot Light - ($100)  - This is the premier status area and is highly selective!   Mostly for great partners of the company to long time loyal clients.  The owner of the company will present your company with a custom page about your site.    This can dramatically increase your search engine status tremendously since the Parcom domain is a very old domain and to be on our home page is extremely valuable if you want search engines to find you quickly.    With a custom page on our site as well as strategic keywords that are chosen you can be assured huge traffic gains and exposure.   This is primarily for anyone who wants to ride the high profile status of the Parcom.net domain.    See current site for an example: http://www.parcom.net/whistle_stop_ale_house/index.htm   This page is linked from the home page and creates a tremendous amount of traffic to the site.    WARNING: This can dramatically affect your site performance as there have been times (with specific keywords chosen) that your site can increase traffic by tens of thousands a day.   We have seen this before and if not careful your site can be affected in a negative way (A good problem to some!)

Acceptable Banner Sizes

Parcom offers the following sizes (in pixels) for advertising on our network of web sites.

Simple rules

1) All ads must be in .JPG or .GIF format and will be screened by Parcom prior to being published on our network.  Images are due 3 days prior to the start of the ad campaign.

2) Ads start on the 1st of each month.

3) Parcom reserves the right to change, rotate, update, or refuse service at any time.  

4) Refunds are not available and service is provided as-is.

5) Payment is done by way of client's current control panel account.  Payment must be received in advance.

6) You must be a Parcom customer to participate.   Parcom may accept non-customers but will rarely do so.
