Datacenter Infrastructure & Information Systems Director - Manage a growing datacenter and expand into cutting edge technologies like no other!  Provide technical expertise in planning, setting, and sustaining infrastructure standards and leading and participating in projects to deliver solutions to the business. Manage Windows servers and expand to over 200+ virtual systems using both Microsoft and VMWare technologies.   Be able to grow to manage datacenters in other regions outside the Seattle area.

• Provide direction and leadership, organizational growth and development for the Windows Virtualization & VMWare server departments.

• Plan and oversee the research, evaluation, and integration of emerging Windows server and virtualization technologies.

• Develop server infrastructure standards and assist in reviewing and approving compliance with server infrastructure policies and standards.

• Manage all IT functions.

• Analyze business requirements (functional and technical requirements) by conducting information gathering sessions with customers, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.

• Determine all technical and resource components and associated costs for Windows server technology to ensure capacity and performance requirements are met.

• Establish market or communicate strategies for migration to and use of new/emerging Windows server technologies in order to ensure the Company benefits from innovation as needed.

• Research appropriate technology and product offerings.

• Provide technical evaluation of identified product offerings.

• Support operational transition of infrastructure solutions.

• Develop cost estimates for solutions as required.

• Vendor relationship management.

• Track and manage vendor SLAs.

• Ensure service and support contracts are in place.
  
  Position Qualifications:
  
  * 7+ years leading a highly skilled and diverse technical team
  * 7+ years of management experience in a large heterogeneous systems environment.
  * 7+ years progressive experience leading standards management.
  * 3+ years experience with virtualization technologies.
  * Microsoft Operations Framework experience desirable.
  
  Technical Experience:
  
  * 7 years experience in managing Windows design, installation and support including hardware, O/S, software, and utilities.
  * Experience managing medium-to-large Windows server environments, including experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies.
  * Experience managing VMWare and/or other server virtualization infrastructure%0A
  * 5 years experience negotiating vendor (hardware/software) contracts.
  * A comprehensive knowledge of enterprise information technology infrastructure, including processes and procedures
  * System engineering experience preferred

Marketing Director - Be responsible for a high tech, fast paced sales department!    Take charge, innovate, create, expand the corporate marketing to new frontiers using your skills and ideas you've always wanted to but the other corporations let you down!

• Plan and execute customer and market strategies.

• Attain assigned field sales objectives on all brands consistent with priorities and objectives

• Maintain trade and advertising budget

• Develop business plans to drive profitable volume while building permanent distribution on key designated products

• Conduct formal business reviews to ensure account penetration

• Establish specific sales and merchandising objectives.

• Provide timely notice of market key events; launch key new items while providing comprehensive competitive activity to headquarter personnel.

• Develop sales promotional plans and properly utilize market development funds based on established spending levels.

• Build a solid high end sales force.
  
  Position Qualifications:
  * Prefer a College degree and MBA in related field.
  * 10 years progressive sales experience.
  * 15-year progressive sales, & supervisory experience in computing industry.
  * Proficient PC skills
